Loyola University Chicago invites you to our February webinar focused on how to shift your gears in order to move forward in your career and life. Main learning points will include how to evaluate those habits that have been successful, but could be holding you back, and how to differentiate between increased productivity and burn-out.
David Kaiser, PhD, Executive Coach and CEO, Dark Matter Consulting will present on how we develop “tried and true” habits that will no longer bring the same results at a certain point. When driving a car, you need to shift from 1st to 2nd gear to accelerate, rather than just press the gas pedal more. Life is similar, which David will show us by reviewing how to identify key moments and what you can do instead of simply trying to do more, faster.
Loyola hosts all webinars on Adobe Connect, which requires just your computer to participate. Headphones are suggested, but audio may be heard through your computer speakers.
